Components Of Bolt Less Racks

Upright - Bolt-Less Keyhole Uprights Manufactured in Roll Forming Process In HR-Steel YS-250 or Higher,Available In 1.2mm/1.6mm Thickness with Powder coating.
Z-Beam which is used for creating levels in the racks, These Z-Beams are 4 fold roll formed sections designed to carry extra heavy duty load using light steel components, available thickness are 0.80mm /1.2mm /1.6mm thick ,the coatings available are galvanised powder coating.
4/6 Fold Shelves Used in the Bolt-Less racking systems Made out of Prime CRCA Sheet in 0.60mm/0.80mm/1.2mm thickness with Powder coating surface / galvanised surface.
Shelves Stiffener Used below the shelves to add extra strength and stability made out of CRCA Sheet in 0.60mm/0.80mm/1.2mm thickness with powder coating / galvanised Surface.
Upright Extender - This Extender is specially designed to extend the height of the rack, these are made out of CRCA/HR sheet in various thickness depending upon the selected upright thickness.
Rack - to - Rack connector - these are used to connect The racks with each other.
Side & Front Guard / Stoppers to protect the material from falling down.
Protective Feet - used at the bottom of the racks as a protection
